Entersoft acquires the Enterprise Mobility activity of SiEBEN

Entersoft announces that it has signed an agreement to purchase the Enterprise Mobility activities from SiEBEN. This acquisition is expected to further boost the two-digit growth rates with which Entersoft’s revenues are already running. The agreed price amount was set to one million three hundred and ninety thousand Euros (€ 1,390,000), payable in three (3) installments within eighteen (18) months from today.

With this deal, Entersoft further strengthens its share of the Enterprise Mobility Greek market, and at the same time marks the beginning of a wider strategic partnership between the two companies. Entersoft extends its already large customer base with major companies such as FRIGOGLASS, MARS, MONDELES, NUMIL, PEPSICO, PAPADO POULOU, ION, ELGEKA, CRETA FARM, KRI-KRI, NIKAS, JOTIS, Papastratos, Druckfarben, AVON Cosmetics as well as hundreds of other medium and small businesses. At the same time, it strengthens its activity abroad in countries such as Romania, Hungary, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, Serbia and Russia. Finally, with the acquisition of Pocketbiz, Entersoft dynamically enters into applications for the Android operating systems, enhancing the product portfolio it already has in Apple iOS and Windows 10.

Under the agreement, SiEBEN transfers all intellectual property rights of Pocketbiz Mobile, trademarks and the entire range of products to Entersoft, while SiEBEN leaves the middle and large business market, with a special provision given, for the opportunity to develop new cloud mobile software that will appeal to small and very small business.
